Doctor of Credit: "Citi has filed a trademark for ‘Citi Strata Select’. Earlier this year Citi launched the Citi Strata Premier (rebrand of the Citi Premier) after filing trademarks for Citi Strata Premier & Citi Strata Elite. It’s unclear if the Citi Strata Select would be a completely new product or a rebrand of an existing card."
"The most likely option would be that this is a rebrand of the Citi Rewards+ card. This is backed up by this reddit post from a month ago citing the Select name and stating that the Rewards+ needs to be refreshed before the launch"
Frequent Miler: "Yesterday Frontier Airlines and Barclays announced that cardholders of the Frontier World Mastercard have a new benefit: two free checked bags for the primary cardholder. The benefit is effective immediately."
"In order to be eligible for the checked bags benefit, cardholders must book the ticket directly from Frontier, pay for the ticket with their Frontier Mastercard and add their Frontier Miles number to the ticket before check-in."
The welcome offer for the World Of Hyatt Business Card was increased - though, it was a modest increase.

The Points Guy: "As of Aug. 12, Capital One increased the entry fee for non-Capital One cardholders from $65 to $90. Children under the age of 2 still get in for free with a parent or guardian."
Two Capital One cards are also losing their two annual lounge passes as of January 1, 2025.
One Mile At A Time: "In 2025, American Express will be opening a Centurion Lounge at Salt Lake City Airport. This is an exciting development, given the airport’s current lack of lounge options. This is in addition to plans for a second Delta Sky Club, as well as a United Club. I’m looking forward to learning more details closer to when the new concourse opens."
The Capital One Spark Cash Plus was just increased.
It's a cash back card, but you can turn the cash back into Capital One Miles at rate of 1 mile per cent if you have a Capital One Venture, Capital One Venture X, or Capital One Spark Miles for Business. This allows you to transfer the points to airline and hotel partners.

Capital One will now now cover the increased Global Entry application fee of $120.
When it was announced that the application fee would increase from $100 to $120, Citi quickly adjusted the benefit on the Citi Prestige and Citi AAdvantage Executive cards to cover the new fee. American Express and Chase followed shortly after them.
It took a bit, but it's great to see Capital One has joined the party.
Capital One Cards that cover the Global Entry application fee include:
The Marriott Bonvoy Bevy is Amex's entry level Marriott card, but it has more of a mid-tier annual fee.
