"But something seems to have changed in recent days. There are a few datapoints on reddit and in our Facebook Group, that it is indeed possible to transfer points to other cards."
Points Wire Note: If this is an intentional change by Chase, the Ink Premier could quickly become a popular card for points enthusiasts. I'll keep an eye on this one!

These offers are not quite as good as the ones we used to see a couple of years ago, but they can still be valuable as you can earn an additional 3.75X on all your spending."
Points Wire Note: If you have a lot of business spend, these employee card offers can be lucrative.
The Capital One Spark Cash Select isn't a card that's talked about much in the points and miles community, but I have a feeling it's going to get quite a bit of attention with the launch of the new sign-up bonus.
Bonus: $750 cashback (can convert to 75,000 Capital One Miles)
Minimum Spend: $6,000 in 3 months
Earn Rate: 1.5%/1.5x on all spend
If you have a Capital One Venture X, Capital One Venture, or Capital One Spark Miles, you can convert your cashback to transferable points at a rate of 1 cent per point. So, that $750 bonus could be 75,000 Capital One Miles)

NoTea88 mentioned that they received a targeted mailer for the Ink Unlimited that includes an expiration date of November 18, 2023.
It could just be their targeted mailer expires then, but it could mean that the elevated offer $900/90,000 Ultimate Rewards points for the Ink Unlimited and Ink Cash are ending then. The standard offer has been $750/75,000 points.

The Citi Double Cash earns 2% back on everything (no annual fee). Typically, it doesn't have a sign-up bonus so if you're planning to get it, now is a good time. However, without the Citi Premier, you won't have access to all of the Citi ThankYou Points transfer partners so start with theCiti Premier if you don't already have it.

Miles Earn And Burn: "We’ve now seen multiple reports of instances where an AmEx cardholder had no retention offers available and wanted to close a card, but were instead offered a bonus to convert the card to a lower annual fee product."
The Chase Ultimate Rewards 30% transfer bonus promo to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club ends at 11:59pm ET on November 15, 2023. If you're about to book an award ticket with Virgin points, make sure you transfer before it ends.
